We are strengthening our team to work on a Hello Neighbor 3 project. It is the official sequel to the popular franchise developed by Eerie Guest Studios and TinyBuild, which is currently in active development. The game is a system-based open-world sandbox, built using Unreal Engine 5. The first public prototype was released in February 2025, and the team is actively expanding the project by introducing new mechanics and enhancing gameplay features.

What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Create high-quality 3D character models based on 2D concept art, preserving the original artistic vision and project style.

  • Conduct UV unwrapping, texturing, and material setup.

  • Develop both high-poly and low-poly models, ensuring optimal topology and mesh efficiency for real-time applications.

  • Perform retopology and mesh optimization according to engine and animation requirements.

  • Integrate and configure content within Unreal Engine 5.

  • Work closely with the Art Director and art team to define and maintain a cohesive character style.

  • Collaborate with the whole team to ensure consistency with the overall project vision.

  • Participate in critiques, iterate on feedback, and contribute to the evolution of character designs.

  • Take part in planning and scheduling the character creation pipeline.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 3D Generalist with a strong focus on character modeling.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3D Character Artist in the game industry.

  • Proven experience in creating non-realistic/stylized characters for video games.

  • High proficiency in Blender.

  • Solid understanding of the full game-ready character pipeline (high-poly to low-poly, retopology, UVs, texturing, engine integration).

  • Strong artistic sense: excellent grasp of form, silhouette, shape, and structure in character modeling.

  • Ability to interpret and faithfully translate 2D concept art into 3D models.

  • Awareness of current trends and best practices in character creation for games.
