Currently, we are in search of an Ads Monetization Manager, whom we will entrust with scaling our Ad Monetization initiatives across our portfolio of games.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Develop and optimize Ad monetization strategy;
Actively interact and maintain relationships with current partners, seeking for a new one;
Daily monitor and optimize ad traffic;
Promote initiatives to increase advertising revenue;
Conduct A/B testing with monetization set up;
Analyze the market and keep informed of best practices, their implementation and improvement;
Work closely with the marketing and development teams.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Relevant work experience of at least 3 years in the GameDev industry;
Understanding Casual & Hybrid-casual monetization specifics;
Deep understanding of ad monetization flow principles, proved experience with various mediators/advertising partners;
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience with one or more mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX/IronSource is a priority).
