AI Art Generation & Automation Production Manager

For a long-term product project, Program-Ace is looking for a talented, passionate and result-oriented R&D and Production Manager to produce content using AI technology to build and automate a new direction in the company.

The main area of responsibility will be the development of a tool for automating the production process of audio-visual content using AI technologies.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

TASKS:

• Market research and monitoring of new technologies in the field of AI Art, AI text-to-text and AI text-to-image generative models that do not require programming;

• Self-testing these models and understanding the maximum possibilities of working with different tools, such as OpenAI, Co:here, Midjourney, Stable and Disco Diffusion, etc.

• Design and development of our own effective tool for automating the processes of generating images from text based on existing technologies;

• Writing technical specifications, setting tasks and managing the development process of this tool, including testing and implementation on the site;

• Search and engagement of external contractors (local and foreign) who will use this tool for the production of illustrations: AI artists, designers, videographers, voice talents, etc.

• Work with the website and the implementation of the tool on the site for use by both internal contractors and end users of the site;

• Management and support of work with contractors: signing contracts, setting tasks, monitoring work and deadlines, acceptance of work, payment;

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Thus, the position assumes responsibility for building the entire production process and will combine 4 main areas of activity:

• RnD and setting requirements for the image generation tool;

• Development of the tool itself and implementation on the site;

• Search and management of contractors to work with the tool to ensure the production of a large stream of audio-visual digital content;

• Responsibility for performance quality of produced material.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

REQUIREMENTS:

• The candidate must have a good understanding and understanding of AI Art tools,

• Talking Language AI and be passionate about them;

• Experience in R&D tasks in technology companies — min 1 year;

• Experience in a managerial position preferably in an IT or digital content production company — min 2 years;

• Experience with external contractors — min 1 year;

• A clear understanding of the process of developing IT products and the desirable experience of participating in this process;

• Experience in content production preferred;

• Experience in project management or work with setting requirements for IT products is possible;

• Experience in graphic design, web design preferred;

• Written English at least Upper Intermediate.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE (preferred):

• Experience of independent work with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Disco Diffusion;

• Understanding the differences between these tools, strengths and weaknesses;

• Knowledge of the possibilities of Open AI, co:here and other generative ai models;

• Understanding and experience with Colab Notebook;

• Experience with Dreambooth (Training a model based on your character);

• Knowledge of graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
