Art Director

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

IGaming product is looking for an experienced and innovative Art Director to oversee our design department. This is an operational role focused on ensuring the highest quality and consistency across all design projects in line with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI. We need a person with successful experience in a similar position in a product (gambling/betting verticals).

Main Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Review all design work to ensure it meets our brand standards, aligns with current trends, and reflects industry-leading aesthetics.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technological advancements to ensure the team consistently delivers cutting-edge visuals.

• Onboarding New Designers: Facilitate the onboarding process for new designers, introducing them to our standards, guidelines, and project workflows to ensure smooth integration into the team.

• Knowledge Management: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, documenting guidelines, best practices, and creative resources for the team.

• Mentorship & Training: Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and learning opportunities to designers, fostering their professional growth and skill development.

• AI Integration: Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize and streamline design processes, ensuring our team remains competitive and efficient.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in Gambling/Betting niche as an Art Director for 2 years or more (B2B & B2C).

• Strong knowledge of graphics software, design standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

• Have a clear vision of the final product and meet deadlines for delivery.

• Familiarity with AI tools and applications in design processes.

• Ability to identify potential future issues and to plan ahead to minimize the chance of such problems arising.

• Proven expertise in managing a design team with a focus on operational oversight, without direct involvement in asset creation.

• Excellent communication skills for team guidance, feedback, and new designer onboarding.

• Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level.
