We’re looking for an ART DIRECTOR / ART LEAD to guide the visual direction of our mobile game projects (Social Casino, Casual). If you have a strong portfolio, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of art development — this role is for you.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Casual, Casino
• Platforms: Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Define and execute the creative vision for projects.

• Provide direction, mentorship, and feedback to artists and animators.

• Manage quality control, timelines, estimates, and budgets.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers.

• Create and refine 2D assets for various game projects.

• Support animators with asset preparation and collaboration.

• Guide and support junior artists in their growth.

• Integrate AI tools into the creative process.

• Familiarity with 3D tools and workflows is a plus.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in commercial projects as an Art Director or Art Lead.

• Hands-on experience in mobile game development.

• Proven leadership of artist and animator teams.

• End-to-end project experience, including release.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

• Strong practical skills in creating 2D assets and applying animation principles.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Proficiency in Photoshop and experience with AI-based tools.

• Experience with visual effects, post-processing, and graphic optimization.

• Solid knowledge of anatomy, color theory, and composition.
