Art Manager (WoWS Game Stores)

Wargaming is looking for аn Art Manager (Live Operations Team) to work on World of Warships in our brand-new Belgrade office.

The Live Operations Team has a goal to manage and operate the game as a live service. The team regularly updates the game with new content, promotions, in-game events, and improvements to make the player experience better.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Work with art concepts of WoWS in-game stores (https://armory.worldofwarships.eu/en/) — you will create mood boards, support assets creation and features implementation, create tasks for assets creation;

• Collaborate with other teams: Monetization, 2D Arts, Design, Video, Audio and Development;

• Bring ideas and expertise through brainstorming sessions. You will need to communicate your ideas effectively to artists, as well as those in non-art disciplines;

• Work with assets customization for different regions and countries.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Commercial experience working with graphic and motion designers or 2D artists (setting tasks and deadlines, sharing feedback);

• Experience with task tracking software (we work with Atlassian software);

• Experience with Miro or Figma;

• Time management and planning skills;

• Ability to provide feedback in a constructive and timely manner;

• Intermediate English level or higher;

• Readiness for full-time office work.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Adobe Photoshop knowledge;

• Experience with generative AI (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion);

• Basic knowledge of UX principles (usability, readability, user attention) in interface design;

• E-commerce experience;

• Gaming experience and passion for games.
