For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Set up and maintain project schedules for both short and long-term project goals;

  • Understand the quality needs of the project and translate these into requirements for art teams;

  • Have deep knowledge of Art production pipelines, tools, risks & best practices;

  • Manage risks, issues, and change requests and proactively solve problems before they impact the schedule or the end result;

  • Partner with Art Direction, Art Team Leads, QC, etc. to keep production running smoothly and effectively;

  • Able to self-present, and presenting team to clients;

  • Communicate relevant information to stakeholders timely;

  • Negotiate scope and quality with Art Directors in order to find the solutions that best fit the requirements of each project;

  • Anticipate resource needs, both short-term and long-term, and able to work with changing design requirements;

  • Collaborate with the sales team to plan further scope;

  • Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently and on time.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Have 2+ years of experience of managing art production teams for video games;

  • English: fluent speaker;

  • Tools: Jira / Confluence / MSP / Office package (any) / Ready to use custom client tools;

  • Possess a sophisticated working understanding of modern project management methods and tools;

  • Have a background in art that helps you thoroughly understand the artistic and technical side of art production;

  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude and are comfortable in a dynamic work environment, embracing changes and accepting revisions if needed to improve the game;

  • Deep understanding of Art development, art approval processes, and dependency chains;

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills; Strong preference to applicants with experience facilitating conversations between design and art to deliver complex features;

  • Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment;

  • Fast learner;

  • You’re user-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative;

  • Games fan :)

Will be a plus:

  • AA+ level projects in portfolio.
