We’re an independent video games developer and publisher. We work on both internal IPs as well as AAA projects with partners around the world. Some of the titles we've worked on are Torchlight 3, Final Fantasy XV, Street Fighter, and many more.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Have a clear understanding of our brand’s hiring needs, the various roles within the organization, team culture, and brand values.
Proactively seek intelligence about the industry trends and local hiring activities to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing.
Work closely with hiring managers, the recruitment team, and the marketing department to aid them in developing creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges – including, but not restricted to, opening exploring talent pools in new regions, targeted ad campaigns, etc
Represent the brand at various events such as job fairs, recruitment events, and school visits, with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
Maintain active communication on the brand’s social media pages, including regular content sharing and engaging with comments on social posts
Reach out to talent that fit our skill, experience, and project requirements keep our hiring pipeline full
Provide personalized consultation to those who have enquired about our roles here through the various channels (e.g. social media DMs, emails through our inquiry forms, etc)
Build relationships and closely manage relationships with schools and higher education institutes to ensure potential candidates remain engaged in current and/or future opportunities with regular representation, cold outreaches, and check-ins.
Organize ways to engage and communicate with candidate communities (such as recruitment campaigns and events) to ensure potential candidates remain engaged in current and/or future opportunities with regular representation, cold outreaches, and check-ins.
Culture-focused contents (short-form contents)
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Adaptable with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
Interest in art, video games, and the creative industry
Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, consulting, coaching, or teaching roles
Friendly and approachable personality with high levels of empathy
Prior experience in event-organizing, project management, or marketing roles
Enjoy and have prior experiences organizing large-scale events
Friendly and outgoing personality
