Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Business Developer Publishing who knows the gaming market, understands how to build partnerships, and wants to grow the next breakout hits.

Our client is a publisher of hybrid-casual games, their team helps game developers quickly test their projects on a live audience, develop the game, and release it to the market

What are you working on?
  • Genres: Casual, Hyper-casual
  • Platforms: Mobile
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Scout and onboard promising mobile indie teams and seasoned mobile game developers (hybrid casual).

  • Pitch our publishing model, negotiate deals, and build long-term win-win relationships.

  • Drive the full cycle of a publishing deal — from first contact to contract signing.

  • Evaluate projects based on gameplay, metrics (CPI, Retention, LTV, etc.), and scaling potential.

  • Represent the company at gamedev conferences — networking, pitching, and finding gems.

  • Help shape and improve internal publishing strategies and processes.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Experience in business development or partner management in game publishing.

  • Solid understanding of the mobile game market, especially hybrid casual titles.

  • Familiarity with the game development pipeline, core success metrics, and publishing lifecycle.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you know how to close deals.

Passion for games and curiosity about what makes products succeed.
