Business Development Manager (hidden object games)

Elephant Games is a major game development studio.
Since our establishment in 2003, we have released over a hundred games that have garnered recognition from millions of players worldwide.
We create games for PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.

We are looking for a specialist who will establish systematic work with our strategic partner to search for and implement new ideas to expand cooperation.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Analysis of the context (how our products perform, market trends, and successful competitor strategies) to improve our products and generate new ideas;

• Generating new ideas for collaboration in close collaboration with partners (communication in English);

• Testing these ideas within the company involving marketing, analytics, and development expertise;

• Selection of the most profitable ideas, coordination with partners, and production launch;

• Evaluation of effectiveness.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Has extensive experience in the gaming industry: product management, product ownership, marketing, game design, business development;

• Can conduct work communication in English at a high level;

• Has a deep systematic understanding of what a game as a product entails (development, publishing, market, how in-game and marketing metrics work, analytics, etc.);

• Combines systematic thinking, analytical mindset, and flexibility;

• Has built successful partnerships;

• Proactive innovator;

• Can share success stories from previous workplaces (projects, innovations, and collaborations).
