We became very passionate about web3 and the possibilities that blockchain brings to the world. Our team wants to multiply these possibilities by our expertise and bring awesome web3-products to the masses.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Define and implement a marketing strategy to grow our community and users through building and executing digital and brand campaigns.
Work closely with the board to run on a marketing strategy and tactics.
Hire and develop the product marketing team and help the products to interact with the users in the best possible way.
Identify and engage with influencers and general promotion vendors across social media, web, mobile, content, and creative assets.
Take a part in the company's future pipeline building.
Collaborate with the team, product managers and other stakeholders to maintain a high quality in a fast-paced environment.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who will take full ownership of marketing functions (brand and growth).
Our candidate must have a deep understanding of effective marketing, community, and content management practices in blockchain markets across traditional and digital marketing and community channels.
5+ years of experience working in technology, gaming or consumer facing companies, of which 3+ years are focused on leading a marketing function.
Experience building a strong and efficient team from scratch.
Ability to define, grow, and empower a marketing organization best aligned to the needs of the business.
Experience in Tier 1 or Asian markets is the must.
