Community manager

A successful company that takes a lead position in its market segment is looking for a Community Manager for its new gamedev project with a blockchain-based economy

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design, develop and drive the community channels of our game;

• Be a consistent presence on the company’s servers to keep the dialogue going and answer any members’ questions;

• Build and maintain a network of contacts with the most prominent community members;

• Be an intermediary between Founders and Admins/Moderators in our NFT communities;

• Collect information/feedback from the communities on a regular basis & organize the data in an easy-to-understand format;

• Take an active role in growing our community together with the team;

• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consume.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Community Management experience for Discord, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Quora, Telegram;

• Creative ideas of how to build, grow and strengthen our online community;

• Someone to entrust our social media channels, their content and moderation;

• Efficient communication skills as a team player in a diverse team;

• Fluent in English;

• Clear understanding of achieving the KPI and CPI for the campaign, promotion, community growth, and user acquisition required by the company;

• Analysis skills and being able to create performance budget reports for both offline and online activities.
