For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Be responsible for setting and executing community strategies, focusing on initial set-up phase and growth of our game community across Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Twitch, and all social media platforms.

Be the public face of the game in the community’s eyes – the person they come to with their ideas, praise, and problems.

Be the voice of the player community within the studio, collecting and assessing valuable feedback from long-term and new players, providing insight and intel on design and product direction, and filtering and refining it into clear action points.

Communicate clearly, and confidently, to mix credibly with all areas of the studio to effect positive change for our players, increasing the ultimate quality of our games in a direct and measurable way.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

4+ years hands-on experience in community management roles.

Experience with both planning and executing community strategy.

Experience with engaging, growing and maintaining communities across YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Deep knowledge and understanding of the key platforms and social video formats.

English speaker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Up to date on the latest social media platform trends.

Preferred qualifications:

Passion for Social Competitive games.

Previous experience in building community for new game titles or services.

Team leadership - experience in hiring and actively developing talents in your team.

Deep familiarity with the video games industry and Game-as-a-Service F2P model.

Experience creating content for a video games audience and community.

Experience working with content creators.

Experience running a YouTube or Twitch channel.

Experience working with external agencies.

Knowledge of additional European language will be an asset.
