For which tasks (responsibilities)?
The position of a Creative Director at Udonis is intended for an individual with a creative vision that also possesses management and design skills.
The Creative Director’s day-to-day include the following:
Doing market research & trend analysis
Writing creative briefs for motion designers considering prior research and the target audience to achieve marketing goals
Finding relevant references/storyboarding and providing it to the team
Balancing between brand’s identity and current trends for optimal results
Project managing creation of video ads with internal and external team members
Leading and mentoring a team of motion designers, utilizing their strengths to build a versatile creative team
Allocate motion design tasks to the team and manage their workflow to meet deadlines
Reviewing motion design tasks and providing feedback to improve designer skill sets and ensure the final product complies with client specifications
Thinking big while paying attention to details and getting the best possible creative solutions
What kind of professional are we looking for?
2 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in the English language with strong copywriting/screenwriting skills
Ability to generate new video advertising concept ideas & strategies for mobile game campaigns
Ability to analyze creative performance data and adapt creative direction accordingly
Strong knowledge of graphic and motion design
Ability to work with Brand/Style Guides and transfer this knowledge to the team
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Organizational skills with an ability to respect deadlines
Attention to detail
Availability in Central European Time
