Creative Producer

We are looking for a Creative Producer!

What are you working on?

• Genres: Casual, Adventure, Hyper-casual
• Platforms: Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• To generate ideas for top game creatives (videos/playable ads) for hybrid-casual projects

• To create strategies for the growth of current hyper-casual products through creatives

• To constantly work on improving the upper funnel of top creatives (CTR, IR, IPM, CPI)

• To cooperate with the unity production team at all stages of making creatives: from technical specifications to the final product

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience working with hypercasual games (experience with hybrid casual and casual projects is a plus)

• Experience with Unity in the production of creatives

• Knowledge of the gaming market (hypercasual is a priority): top publishers, top projects (who is growing right now and due to what, current market trends, what mechanics will become popular, which ones will go out of sight and why, etc.)

• Ability to quickly navigate market trends, predict and effectively adapt them to the company's projects

• Examples/portfolio of creatives with IPM/CPI metrics (before/after)

• Ability to justify your decision using specific marketing figures and market analysis

• Ability to think in different formats of user experience when interacting with the game

• Understanding of the gaming motivations and interests that can attract the user's attention and make them install the game

• Ability to turn a creative into a game and a game into a creative (and a deep understanding of the difference between them)

• Excellent communication skills
