Game Data Analyst (Core5 Studio)

Core5 is one of the studios whose cool games SayGames publishes. The studio was founded by two digital\gaming industry veterans with 30 years of experience combined. Currently, their main project is Blackdeck:

Guys are focused on hybrid-core game creation and there are around 30 employees in total.

They're looking to expand their team with Game Data Analyst to work with the current title and improve it from the angle of DDD.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Development of specifications for log generation;

• Quality control and consistency monitoring of logs;

• Data for decision-making in game design during feature development - information of player behaviour;

• Analysis of game updates;

• Explanations of anomalies in product metrics;

• Forecasting the effects of unreleased features through audience reaction modeling;

• Automation of metric tracking through dashboards;

• Generating recommendations for game design and product operation.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst;

• Profound knowledge of SQL (ClickHouse);

• Experience in building Tableau dashboards;

• Profound knowledge of applied mathematics, statistics and economics;

• Conducting researches using Python (pandas, numpy, scipy) and/or R;

• Understanding of mathematical statistics and proficiency in A/B testing (ability to conduct statistical tests to assess the significance of observed differences);

• Gaming experience in mobile f2p midcore games, preferably genres like Battler, CCG, RPG.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jenkins.
