For which tasks (responsibilities)?

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving the full design of slot games — from that very first idea to the detailed specifications.
  

• Building reel layouts, symbol logic, bonus mechanics, and entire gameplay flows.
  

• Creating clear, detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) that cover rules, features, visuals, and win logic.
  

• Collaborating with mathematicians to ensure gameplay and math models fit perfectly together.
  

• Evaluating game design from the player’s perspective — what excites, what engages, what keeps them spinning.
  

• Supporting playtests, balancing games, and tweaking features to hit top performance.
  

• Researching market trends and competitor titles, spotting opportunities to innovate and stand out.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven experience in online slot game design (at least 5 released titles under your belt).
  
  

• Solid track record with documentation (5+ full GDDs created and delivered).
  

• Deep knowledge of slot mechanics — reel setups, volatility, RTP, and bonus features.
  

• Strong collaboration skills for working with artists, animators, developers, and product teams.
  

• Ability to interpret game data and optimize features to boost retention and performance.
  

• Confident with game analytics, performance metrics (RTP, hit rate, session length, etc.).
  

• Familiarity with compliance requirements across regulated markets (UKGC, MGA, etc.).
  

• You’re creative, analytical, and you love blending data with imagination.
  

Nice to have

• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint.
  

• Experience with Tableau / Power BI.
  

• Comfort with Miro / Figma for visual concepts.
