For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Achieve project KPIs by designing and configuring specific features

• Handle the full cycle of feature implementation, including writing statements of work, working in tandem with development, and analyzing results

• Ensure the ultimate quality of features by interacting with specialists and team leads in other departments

• Evaluate the results of features based on statistics, suggest potential improvements, and perform operational health checks on features

• Monitor projects in your niche, perform deconstructs, and suggest new features

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least five years of game design experience

• Experience creating features as a full-cycle game designer

• Knowledge of the the basics of product analytics

• Knowledge of UX basics

• Advanced product-focused and critical thinking skills

• The ability to communicate effectively with a team and handle feedback properly

• The ability to express their thoughts in a clear and structured manner

Would be nice:

• Experience as a team lead or producer

• Deep knowledge of the casual F2P market

• Experience developing farming and adventure games and extensive familiarity with the genre

• Well-honed balancing and feature economy skills
