For which tasks (responsibilities)?
-Working on console single-player action-adventure projects;
-Designing, documenting, maintaining, and balancing game systems and features;
-Working closely with other departments, providing clear feedback, making sure that designs are implemented correctly;
-Working in-editor, tuning and adjusting features and systems, and also prototyping some features;
-Planning and creating tasks.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
-Have experience working as a designer (or in an adjacent field);
-Have worked with Unreal Engine;
-Can (and are willing to) solve complex problems;
-Can (and are willing to) communicate with other designers and people from other departments;
-Have enthusiasm for learning new things;
-Have good understanding of technical aspects of video game development;
-Have avid passion for playing and analyzing videogames in genres such as adventure, action, RPG, and, of course, indie/novelty/artsy games!;
-Have at least a basic understanding of most fields in game-development;
-Fluent in English.

-Degree that is related to game design or video game development in general;
-Strong technical or artistic background;
-Experience creating a game on your own.

The selection process
📍Please provide us with:
-Portfolio, preferably with a detailed breakdown on what you contributed to the project. If the project isn't shipped, if possible, please include a video that shows systems/features that you worked on (i.e. if you worked on combat, please include a video showcasing combat);
-Name 3-5 games that you love and provide a couple of sentences on why you do, what design decisions you found interesting, etc.;
-List any other relevant sources/media that you learn/get inspiration from.
