At Aya Games, we’re developing an open-world mobile RPG.
In our game, players can communicate, buy cars and houses, get jobs and earn income, join street gangs or become part of the police force.
We’re currently looking for a Game Designer who will take ownership of complex and in-depth features in our project. Your tasks will span across both core and meta gameplay, as well as live-ops

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
3+ years of experience as a Game Designer
Experience working on midcore mobile F2P projects or titles with in-app monetization
Strong analytical skills: forecasting, event mapping and reporting, hypothesis development and testing (A/B testing)
Experience with balancing and creating mathematical models
Broad gaming background with a passion for action and role-playing games
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Feature ownership: leading game mechanics through all stages — from concept and GDD to release and post-analysis. Creating detailed specs for artists and developers
Designing and improving meta-systems: progression, monetization, Battle Passes, events, and LiveOps
Collaborating with analytics: making forecasts, analyzing data and KPIs, forming hypotheses and making data-driven decisions
Close cooperation with designers, developers, and artists to ensure smooth integration of features into the game
Optimizing and developing existing mechanics, identifying growth opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and monetization
Keeping an eye on market trends: regularly playing our game and competitors’ titles to identify strengths and areas for improvement
