In order to elevate our current results and achieve new milestones, we are expanding our team and are currently seeking a Game Designer (Balance & Economy).

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
A game designer who loves Hybrid-Casual and wants to grow in Casual. Someone with a strong grasp of core game play and with skill in balance design. Work experience: 2+ years.
Build and balance game play and economy;
Work on new studio projects;
Gather and write ideas to grow Retention, LTV, and CPI;
Review play sessions, find weak spots, and set smooth balance flow;
Work on level design in Unity;
Join team talks, market checks, and concept work;
Shape FTUE, tutorials, and first play sessions.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Work experience with Hybrid Casual or Casual games;
Deep knowledge of core play loops: from idle and merge to hypercore and mid-core setups;
Experience with balance: game economy, progress, boosts, enemy packs, and difficulty curves;
Ability to quickly share and test new ideas with CPI/LTV goals;
Skill in writing clear docs (GDD, one-pager);
Good taste in player feel and engagement;
Solid Unity skills: level setup, script parts, and configs.
Nice to have
Games with strong LTV and Retention;
Experience with analytics (Amplitude, GameAnalytics, Firebase);
Knowledge of the test loop (CPI → R1 → LTV) and fast updates.
