Game Producer

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game development, is looking for an experienced Game Producer for their own/internal project for our client, a well-known publisher with many top games on the market.

The new Game Producer will need to create a commercially successful mobile game in a space setting.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Role-playing, Action, Strategy
• Platforms: Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Define the long-term vision of the game and the feature roadmap.

• Formulate product strategy and create engaging game mechanics and core game loops.

• Track feature development from early stages to release, conduct post-launch analysis, and continuous optimization.

• Interact with external teams or hire a team to achieve the best results.

• Measure game outcomes and use game data, industry data to improve metrics.

• Analyze competitors and market trends that could impact the game's success and be ready to respond to changes.

• Communicate the game's status and future plans to various stakeholders.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience as a Producer/ Product Manager on midcore or hybrid-casual mobile projects.

• Interest in space-themed games.

• Released projects.

• Understanding of the mobile gaming market.

• Experience in team building.
