For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Manage and coordinate the entire game development process, from concept to release

Set clear objectives and monitor progress at all stages of production

Develop and implement product strategies, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met

Collaborate closely with developers, artists, designers, and other departments to align efforts and goals

Optimize workflows and resolve production-related issues as they arise

Oversee project budgets and report to upper management

What kind of professional are we looking for?

1+ years of experience as a Game Producer or similar role

Strong understanding of the game development process, production phases, and project management

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment

Proven ability to balance project requirements with timelines and budget constraints

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Knowledge of modern gaming technologies and industry trends

Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher)

Nice to Have:

Understanding of various gaming platforms (PC, consoles, mobile)
