Head of Ad Monetization

Vizor is a leading casual game developer that inspires millions of players worldwide. We're looking for Head of Ad Monetization to take charge of the company's ad monetization strategy and operations.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

1. Strategy and development:

○      Create the general ad monetization strategy, defining key focus areas.

○      Determine the global vision and revenue growth levers.

○      Set ad revenue goals and create plans to achieve them, taking full ownership of the results.

○      Develop standartized requirements and algorithms for hyper-casual projects, along with methods to measure their effectiveness

2. Operational management:

○      Configure and optimize ad waterfalls to maximize revenue.

○      Coordinate ad monetization tasks across all departments.

○      Work with product teams on testing and implementing hypotheses aimed at improving monetization.

○      Ensure transparent processes: manage projects in Asana and document all algorithms and approaches.

○      Automate and streamline routine tasks, and introduce new tools.

3. Team management:

○      Manage the ad monetization team (including hiring new staff).

○      Ensure the team's professional development, with regular check-ins and feedback.

4. Partner collaboration:

○      Handle all communication and negotiations with ad networks.

○      Maintain relationships with current partners and bring in new ones.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

1. Experience in ad monetization, preferably in game dev, and knowledge of key F2P product metrics.

2. Solid understanding of ad networks, waterfalls, eCPM, ARPDAU, IMPDAU, and other key metrics.

3. Strategic planning skills.

4. Tech background and experience in managing small teams will be an advantage.

5. Experience in implementing automation and new tools.

Nice to have:

1. Degree in physics, mathematics, or a technical field.

2. Experience with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
