About Us

We are launching a new licensed iGaming brand in Mexico, aiming to redefine online entertainment across casino and sports betting. Backed by a strong international group, we bring deep expertise in regulated markets, innovative product thinking, and a bold brand vision.

Now, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our local growth and brand strategy in Mexico. This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketing expert who knows how to build trust, drive traffic, and create a cultural moment around a brand.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Launch and grow a locally relevant iGaming brand in Mexico from the ground up

  • Define and execute the marketing strategy across  brand, media, affiliates, celebrities, btl, social media, content and sponsorships

  • Hire and lead a local marketing team; manage external agencies and media partners

  • Drive user acquisition and retention across paid and owned channels

  • Own marketing KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, brand awareness, market share

  • Localize central brand strategy to fit cultural and regulatory specifics of the Mexican market

  • Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Group Marketing to align efforts

  • Be the public face of the brand in Mexico when needed — partnerships, media, events

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably including 3+ in iGaming, betting

  • Deep understanding of the Mexican digital and media landscape, media buying habits, cultural nuances

  • Proven experience launching or growing a consumer brand in Mexico

  • Strong background in performance marketing, media planning, and brand campaigns

  • Hands-on with agencies, influencers, affiliates, and sponsorships

  • Native-level Spanish and fluent English

  • Data-driven mindset, but creative at heart

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience in regulated industries or with legal & compliance teams

  • Network in sports, media, or entertainment sectors in Mexico

  • Previous work in other LatAm countries is a plus
