We are looking for an HR Manager who will play a key role in forming a new team for ASI Games, a fast-growing game publishing company.
This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, defining hiring needs across departments, and building a structured onboarding process for new employees and contractors.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Lead recruitment for new positions in publishing, analytics, and development teams
Collaborate with management to define staffing requirements and job profiles
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews
Manage the onboarding process and maintain employee records
Coordinate with external recruiters and job platforms when needed
Create and manage ASI Games’ LinkedIn company page for recruitment and employer branding
What kind of professional are we looking for?
1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management (preferably in tech or gaming)
Understanding of international hiring processes and freelance contracting
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
English level B2+
