For which tasks (responsibilities)?

📍Your tasks:

• Collection of releases from bloggers we work with and full maintenance of the release spreadsheet;

• Full management of the link creation process for bloggers, ensuring their timely and accurate creation;

• Carrying out tasks from managers upon request (links creation, content review from specific bloggers);

• Compiling daily reports on errors in bloggers’ releases;

• Data collection and database analysis on request;

• Searching for YouTube/Twitch (alike) influencers; checking bloggers’ statistics;

• Understanding of all common processes of the IM-team and being able to use all working tools;

• Improving the quality and/or efficiency of processes within the team;

• Managing microtasks and assignments upon request (searching for information and creating lists based on it, writing scripts).

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• B2 written English;

• Analytical mindset and experience in creating databases;

• Experience creating scripts to automate processes;

• Perseverance and willingness to perform daily routine tasks;

• Responsibility and attention to detail;

• Experience with Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, and knowledge of basic formulas.
