For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Search for candidates using different sources and tools (IT and non-IT vacancies);

• Negotiation with potential candidates, screen CVs;

• Schedule and organize interviews with recruiters and hiring managers;

• Ensure the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery;

• Manage and develop relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, maintain a database of candidates;

• Constantly improve sourcing processes and tools to achieve optimal results.
  

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 6 months of recruitment experience (game dev will be a plus);

• Experience with various recruiting technologies, advanced sourcing skills and the ability to quickly find relevant candidate profiles;

• Analytical thinking and willingness to work with various tables and reports;

• Copywriting skills;

• Excellent communication skills, negotiation and objection-handling skills;

• Attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;

• At least Intermediate English level.
