We are looking for a talented and ambitious Lead 2D Spine Animator to join and lead our team for a long-term partnership. This person will be responsible for creating high-quality animations, overseeing all stages of the animation process, including optimisation and export of the completed projects, and managing and coordinating other animators' work.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Be able to review and understand "Game Documents"

• Prepare estimations for new projects.

• Lead and coordinate the work of the 2D animation team.

• Create animations for various projects.

• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met for all tasks.

• Conduct animation reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate closely with the art team to achieve a cohesive visual style.

• Stay updated with animation trends and suggest ideas for process improvements.

• Oversee the quality of optimisation and export.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of  (Slot Experience) experience as a 2D Lead Animator.

• Strong knowledge of animation (both traditional and/or digital).

• Ability to create smooth and expressive animations and solve complex challenges in this field.

• Experience with software: Spine & Adobe After Effects.

• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback, work with a team, and mentor others.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.

• English level: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate.
