And we are looking for a talented Lead 3D Environment Artist to join our team!
What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Manage the 3d environment art assets, terrain, building and props, modeling pipelines, high and low poly;
Responsible for the final technical quality of the 3d environment art assets;
Able to create the technical requirement documentation for 3d environment creation;
Team members recruitment and evaluation;
Daily management of the environment art team: control of the progress, art research and development, technology and quality improvement;
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in lead art or senior 3d environment position for casual mobile games or similar;
Strong professional portfolio with high-quality examples 3D environment, building and props in cartoon style;
At least 1 finished game in portfolio;
Familiarity with cartoon Pixar or mobile casual art style, and realistic;
Familiarity with standard 3D environment production pipelines for the game industry;
Master in at least one of these tools: 3ds Max, Maya, Zbrush;
Strong knowledge in texturing using Photoshop and/or Substance Paint;
Deep understanding of material shaders, light design principles, and the best rendering engines like Marmoset, Arnold, or V-Ray;
Experience in leading a team;
Good management and communication skills;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Understand the technology used in the game development, its capabilities, and limitations;
Deep understanding of game production processes and workflows
Spoken and written English (Intermediate or higher).
Bonus points:
Experience in agile-based/SCRUM development;
Experience in level creation;
2D illustrator or quick sketches skills;
Passion for SLG games and experience in creating them.
