For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Develop and execute a comprehensive ASO strategy to improve the organic visibility and conversion rates of our mobile games in the app stores.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords for game optimization
Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and other metadata elements to enhance click-through rates
Conduct regular A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the impact of different ASO strategies and iterate on improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Producers, Product Managers and Data Analysts, to align ASO initiatives with overall marketing and business goals
Establish performance monitoring and reporting practice for all ASO activities, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
Keep informed about competitors' ASO strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven track record of experience in ASO, specifically for mobile games in the casual genre
Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, app store guidelines, and ASO tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly
Proficient in using ASO tools and analytics platforms, such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, ASOdesk or similar
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in app store performance
Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Affinity for mobile games and familiarity with the casual genre
