Now we’re launching a brand-new product stream—our highest strategic priority—focused on discovering the next big things in the puzzle gaming space. This initiative will shape our future, fuel innovation, and set us apart in a competitive market. We’re looking for a Lead Producer to tackle this major challenge head-on and directly influence the trajectory of our business.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop and execute the R&D product strategy, identifying promising opportunities in the puzzle gaming market.

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to spot emerging trends and define high-potential product directions.

• Collaborate with development, analytics, and marketing teams to validate and test new concepts.

• Define key success metrics and make data-driven decisions to shape our future products.

• Build and lead the RnD Product Department, fostering a strong culture of product innovation and excellence.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong and deep experience in mobile game development in product-focused roles (casual or puzzle games is a plus).

• Previous R&D experience is a strong advantage.

• Deep understanding of the mobile games market, player behavior, and emerging trends, combined with a passion for games and curiosity about what makes them engaging and successful.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing multiple teams and projects.

• Highly analytical and structured approach, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps.

• Systematic mindset.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a business ownership mentality.

• English and Russian languages.
