Team size and structure?
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Maintain product quality at a high level;
Manage and optimize performance of team members and identify potential improvements to the overall solution;
Review the work of the team and help with development and growth;
Drive the process of identifying, analyzing and reporting defects and solving other problems;
Create and maintain test cases via TestRail;
Track and audit software bugs via Jira;
Maintain engineering documentation and reports;
Track crash reporting system via Sentry;
Lead and follow a full bug life cycle.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
You have proven experience in managing QA teams of 3-5 people;
You are proficient in web/mobile, UI/UX testing, and performance testing;
You have experience in cross-device and cross-browser testing;
You have experience working with test documentation;
You are proficient in working with Jira, TestRail;
You are proficient in both written and spoken English (at least Intermediate level).
We will treat it as a bonus if:
You have experience in the gaming industry;
You are familiar with crash reporting systems: Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.
