Lead QA Engineer Web

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead QA Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality products and shaping testing processes from the ground up.
You will have full freedom to choose tools and approaches, and the opportunity to build your own QA team while making a direct impact on product quality and business outcomes.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Build QA strategy and processes from scratch

• Lead automation and manual testing efforts for web applications

• Set up and maintain test environments, integrate with CI/CD pipelines

• Drive the transition to 100% automated testing

• Mentor and grow a QA team

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams

• Ensure product quality and performance across all releases.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in automated and manual testing

• Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and Playwright

• Deep understanding of web application architecture

• Ability to build QA processes from scratch or with high initiative

• Strong technical background with clean, scalable test code

• Experience with CI/CD integration

• Experience working in fast-paced startups or dynamic environments is a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
