Lead С++ Developer

We cooperate with the gaming industry's leaders and participate in creating world-class projects.

We are building a team for porting gaming projects and looking for a talented and experienced Lead C++ Developer with a strong passion for gaming to join our team and help us port our best-selling titles to various console platforms!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Lead a team of talented C++ developers in the porting of existing and future game titles to multiple console platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch;
- Collaborate closely with the game design, art, and production teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality game experience on all platforms;
- Optimize game performance for various console hardware, including CPU, GPU, and memory utilization;
- Implement platform-specific features and functionality, such as achievements, controller support, and platform-specific APIs;
- Ensure that games meet platform certification requirements, working closely with quality assurance and platform holders;
- Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings to contribute to overall team growth and development.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- 5+ years of experience in C++ game development, with a strong focus on console platforms and management experience;
- Proven experience in porting games to at least two major console platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch);
- Deep understanding of console hardware architectures, limitations, and optimization techniques;
- Familiarity with game engines, such as Unreal Engine or Unity;
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance analysis skills;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level.

Will be a plus:
- Experience with platform-specific SDKs, tools, and middleware;
- Knowledge of other programming languages, such as C#, Python, or Lua.
