ARVI VR was created in 2016 by a group of enthusiasts who were looking to develop modern VR & AI technologies. In the course of the next years we decided to focus on VR as it is our main passion. We aimed to shift the usual perception of regular single player arcades and physical escape rooms. All our creativity, experience, and love for modern technologies were put together to create quality content for every taste. For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Creating a part of the game locations from the graybox stage to the final visual.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Working and living in Ukraine.
Understanding the mechanism of creation of the location (gray box, block out, etc.)
Experience in Level Design of PC games
1+ years of experience in the same position.
Knowledge of Unity.
Portfolio demonstrating your ability to build Level Design.
Will be a plus:
Architectural, Art or Technical education.
Knowledge of 3d softwares like Blender, 3d max Maya etc.
Basic knowledge of composition, shapes and colors.
Understanding modularity, design principle.
Performance optimization skills (CPU/GPU/Memory, etc.)
Understanding architectural and visual styles.

The selection process
Application Review: The first step in the selection process will be to review all the applications received for the level design vacancy. This includes checking that the application meets the requirements of the position, such as having relevant qualifications and experience.
Phone Screening: After reviewing the applications, candidates who meet the requirements will be invited for a phone screening. During the phone screening, the hiring manager will ask questions to assess the candidate's level design knowledge, experience, and suitability for the role.
Technical Interview: Candidates who pass the phone screening will be invited for a technical interview.
Job Offer: The top candidate will receive a job offer, which includes details of the position, salary, and benefits. If the candidate accepts the offer, they will be required to complete any necessary paperwork, such as a contract and background check, before starting in the role.
