For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Drive the creative strategy for our marketing campaigns based on a deep understanding of our game portfolio, target audience, and market trends
Collaborate with marketing and ASO producers to prioritize and maintain a specific delivery cadence for our creative assets
Manage a team of creative producers and designers as they realize advertising concepts and marketing assets (videos, banners, playable assets, etc.)
Develop and oversee the creative production process for all marketing campaigns and promotional materials, ensuring that they align with our brand identity and meet our user acquisition goals
Initiate and lead concept creation/brainstorming efforts
Empower and support your team’s creative processes and execution, enabling them to thrive and succeed despite tight delivery schedules
Collaborate with marketing analysts to establish a process for monitoring and analyzing the performance of our marketing assets, making necessary adjustments to improve their effectiveness
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Marketing Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role in the mobile gaming industry, preferably in casual vertical games
Extensive experience managing and motivating creative teams
Deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, audience behavior, and trends
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio of creative work
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
Familiarity with graphic metadata optimization strategies for various app stores
