Marketing Specialist

Band of Crusaders is a dark, low-fantasy strategy RPG set in a grim 14th-century Europe. As the lands fall to the minions of hell, players must build and lead an order to reclaim humanity from the arch-demons.

Following a highly successful demo and surpassing 100,000 wishlists, we are entering our most critical phase: the march toward a successful release. We are looking for a marketing hacker to play a pivotal role in scaling our reach and bringing the game to a global audience through resourceful, high-impact strategies.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Supporting other marketing activities including influencer campaigns, conferences, digital showcases etc.

• Communicating with our community members (Discord, Steam Community, Social Media)

• Supporting playtests, demos with respect to taking and analyzing player feedback

• Communicating with other stakeholders engaged in marketing of our game (marketing agencies, freelancers, tech partners and subcontractors)

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• No previous professional experience required

What is important for us in a person?

• A deep passion for video games across genres, with a particular focus on strategy and RPGs

• Strong understanding of gaming trends and the media landscape

• A "hacker personality" combined with wit and intellectual curiosity

• NICE TO HAVE: Experience with video streaming
