Community Manager

Helio Games is a mobile game developer founded in 2017 and based in sunny Cyprus. We create succesful products like Westland Survival, Mutiny and brand-new Amikin Village. Our mission is to build engaging midcore survival games enjoyed by millions worldwide.

We value a flat team structure where everyone can contribute ideas that shape the final product.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Westland Survival
• At what stage of the project(s)? live-ops
• Genres: Adventure, Strategy, MMO
• Platforms: Mobile, PC, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Creating social media posts: working with the content plan, preparing texts and creatives.

• Writing patch notes and other external positioning materials based on the producer’s brief (for bloggers, volunteers, etc.), and creating in-game news.

• Overseeing the work of volunteers in social media: regular communication, tracking and awarding rewards, gathering feedback.

• Working with bloggers: finding and onboarding new partners, maintaining documentation and statistics, regular communication, allocating in-game resources.

• Ensuring the company’s presence on the project’s platforms (FB, Discord, etc).

• Quickly reporting bugs to the development team and collecting player feedback in a report format.

• Updating the in-game WIKI.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of community management experience (midcore games).

• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).

• Excellent skills in writing texts in English in a given style and delivering the right message, including using AI tools.

• Good skills in creating illustrations in graphic editors, including with AI tools.

• Strong communication skills.

• A genuine interest in games.

• Skills in video editing and montage will be a big plus.
