For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Work alongside the Game Director to plan, detail, and supervise the work with Level Design teams.

  • Leading the cooperation with other teams to make sure levels are created to contribute to and enhance the gameplay and game narrative.

  • Maintain clear design and technical documents using Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office tools alongside other disciplines

  • Contributing to the creation and constant improvement of pipelines and processes

  • Create and implements game levels that go in line with the design and creative intentions to achieve the best gaming experience

  • Participate in gameplay conception for the level design, for both PvP and PvE maps

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 7 years experience in game development with at least 2+ years in a Lead Level Designer position on a AAA production.

  • Will attend playtests and be solution-oriented when it comes to incoming issues

  • Alongside the Game Director, carry out performance reviews

  • Participate in the hiring process

  • Help maintain a positive work environment that is motivating for team members and which fosters the development

  • Support team members in their career advancement as well as suggest them development and interpersonal skills training and techniques sessions

  • Maintain clear design and technical documents using Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office tools alongside other disciplines
