For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We create 3D assets for Game Developers in Low Poly and Stylized art styles and are seeking a talented Concept Artist to bring fresh ideas and strong visual storytelling to our projects.

Responsibilities:

Generate concept art and asset ideas using MidJourney

Refine, paint over, and fix AI-generated images to add missing details and improve quality

Annotate concepts with dimensions, proportions, and technical notes for 3D modeling
Create original concept art without AI when required
Ensure consistency in style, readability, and production-ready details

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Strong experience with MidJourney and prompt crafting
Solid background in digital painting and concept art (portfolio required)
Ability to work with stylized and low poly aesthetics
Good understanding of asset design for games (props, environments, characters)
Attention to detail and ability to provide clear references for 3D artists
