Have you ever been responsible for the monetization strategy/roadmap of free-to-play mobile games? Would you like to level it up to a studio-level? If so, this Monetization Director role is for you! You will be a manager of a team of Product Managers, Game Economy Designers & Data Analysts. This role aims to boost KPIs related to engagement & monetization on a worldwide level.

About Gameloft Hungary:
Our studio has been operating in Budapest for 10 years, and our goal is to develop casual and mid-core mobile games that bring relaxation and fun to millions of users on a daily basis. Until now we worked on games like Iron Man 3, City Mania and Dragon Mania Legends. The latter is one of Gameloft's most successful projects, with well over 100 million downloads!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Collaborate with all key stakeholders (Lead Designers, Lead Producers, Lead PM, Marketing) to define the product roadmap and long-term vision for the full studio
Approve the product & acquisition strategy of the games to ensure targets are met
Review systems, balancing and pricing of virtual goods in the different game economies
Be a contact point for external stakeholders and raise the business profile of the studio’s games through the whole organization
AB test, research and analyze data to improve performance and support key game decisions
Hire, mentor and retain your team to reach their objectives & focus on the right KPIs
Evangelize best in class monetization systems & references, and share these across all teams
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 5 years of experience in Games, preferably in product oriented roles
Experience in managing teams
Have worked on at least 2 different tiles, one of them a Live Game operated as a service
Exceptional analytical & data modelling skills; and full proficiency of Excel/PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field; Master is a plus
Deep knowledge of top grossing games and F2P mechanics as a whole
Complete fluency in English, both written and orally
