Monetization Manager

We are looking for a Monetization Manager who can actively influence key metrics and create personalized offers for our users.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Monitoring and continuous improvement of key metrics

• Generating, prioritizing, and testing hypotheses

• Planning and organizing the event calendar, including sales and A/B tests

• Preparing balances and adjusting them in the system

• Setting technical tasks to develop new and improve existing mechanics

• Optimizing the system for launching special offers and A/B tests: identifying bottlenecks, setting technical tasks, checking implementation

• Collaborating with analytics, game design, development, QA, UX/UI, 2D, and other teams

• Optimizing the offer management system

• Keeping documentation up to date

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• GameDev experience of at least 1 year in positions such as Monetization Manager, LiveOps Manager, Game Designer, Analyst, or related

• Good understanding of monetization metrics

• Proficiency with Google Sheets, experience with Looker, JIRA, or similar tools

• Proven experience in conducting A/B tests

• A proactive approach to work, a high sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills
