Motion Designer

IGaming product is looking for currently looking for a Middle+ level Motion Designer to join our creative team — someone who does more than just “move pixels”, but creates lively, expressive, and captivating animations that make users fall in love with the product from the very first frame.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating animations for game interfaces (UI), bonus mechanics, special effects, and in-game videos.

• Producing promotional videos for presentations and marketing.

• Participating in the conceptual development of visual style and motion.

• Collaborating with a team of 2D/3D designers, stakeholders, and managers.

• Ensuring the quality of animations and their alignment with gameplay objectives and brand identity.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

What matters to us:

• 3+ years of experience in motion design (experience in game development or iGaming is a plus).

• Excellent knowledge of After Effects, plugins, and video editing.

• Experience in creating UI animations, VFX, explainer videos, trailers, etc.

• Understanding of animation principles, timing, and rhythm.

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator — to ensure seamless integration with other departments.

• Experience using AI tools for video creation and editing to efficiently produce high-quality content is an advantage.

• Experience in creating videos for various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, etc.) and tracking key performance indicators (views, conversions, etc.) is also a plus.

• Basic experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender or similar) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Spine / Unity / Adobe Animate / Lottie is nice to have.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and autonomy in decision-making are essential.
