For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design motion graphics and animations for game interfaces, YouTube content, and in-game visuals.

• Animate UI elements buttons, transitions, and pop-ups to enhance player engagement.

• Create infographic animations using in-game assets and UI components.

• Work with compositing, keying, masking, rotoscoping, rigging, and VFX in After Effects.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance animation workflows and asset production.

• Select, edit, and mix sound effects, music, and voiceovers for videos.

• Optimize assets for multiple formats, including social media and in-game content.

• Develop storyboards to plan and visualize animation sequences.

• Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, community managers, and localization teams to maintain visual consistency.

We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer who is passionate about creating high-quality videos about our game for youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/@TotalBattleTacticalStrategy. This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to the development of engaging video content, UI animations, and explainer videos while growing alongside a team of professionals.

🎯What You’ll Need:

• Proficiency in After Effects (compositing, keying, masking, rotoscoping, rigging).

• Basic in Premiere Pro for video editing.

• Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation).

• Basic skills in Photoshop (for asset preparation and editing).

• Strong sense of rhythm, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work with UI animations and understand interface transitions.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in motion execution.

• Ability to create storyboards to plan and visualize animation sequences.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance animation workflows and asset generation.

• Passion for games and interest in game animation trends.

• Willingness to complete a test task.

💫Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender).

• Knowledge of Spine for 2D skeletal animations.

• Understanding of VFX and particle animation.

• Familiarity with Figma for working with UI/UX assets.
