TECHNICAL GOALS:
Design and develop high-quality software systems to support a growing organisation.
Propose technical and functional designs.
Perform coding, unit testing, integration, and regression testing.
Ensure that the work delivered is based on the defined standards.
Considering continuous improvement and introducing new technologies.
LEADERSHIP GOALS:
Lead & mentor 4 BE engineers and share knowledge through presentations and proven experience!
Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities for team members!
What kind of professional are we looking for?
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to lead and influence others!
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack: C#/.NET Core, MS SQL Server, REST, Visual Studio!
Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design.
You know the ins and outs of an Agile/SCRUM environment!
Hands-on experience with clean code approaches, design patterns, and SOLID Principles.
Familiarity with working with real-time or near real-time systems. Events driven.
You know how to address and solve performance issues.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
