Team size and structure?
We are 27 people in marketing, aiming to be a team of 33 people at the end of 2022
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Own the objectives of partner marketing. Drive strategy and initiatives for prospects and current partners - Channel Partners, Platform Partners and Solution Partners
Supporting a portfolio of 3000+ (Channel, Platform & Solution Partners) and creating the partner marketing strategy and campaigns for the top-tier global partners
Responsibilities across the entire partner life cycle (Acquisition, Onboarding, Enablement, Activation and Advocacy) and creating campaigns for each of the stages
Owning the positioning and messaging of the partner programs on the website and creating collateral (onepagers, whitepapers, slide decks, videos) to drive awareness and demand towards the partner motion
Executing co-marketing campaigns with partners - joint webinars and events to generate leads
Act as a direct link between the Partnership teams and Marketing teams
Support the achievement of quarterly/yearly partner goals in revenue and reach
Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements
Develop partner marketing tools to ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives
What kind of professional are we looking for?
A minimum of 2 - 3 years in Partner Marketing or other relevant Marketing roles for B2B SaaS companies
Strong business acumen and understanding of the buyer persona and SaaS business models.
Demonstrable knowledge of marketing campaigns planning, channels and tactics for successful campaign execution, especially websites, email marketing, and various digital sales collateral
Comprehensive project management skills and stakeholder management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently through the project lifecycle
Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple campaigns at the same time and build efficient processes.
Industry knowledge: where our audience is, what they are interested in
Effective communication with internal stakeholders to get buy-in
Experience with working with CRM, Marketing Automation and Project Management tools like Asana, Pardot/Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets.
English language fluency (C1 or above), German language skills is a plus
An interest in the privacy landscape and willingness to learn about Consent Management
