For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Task Management in YouTrack:
Create and assign tasks in YouTrack.
Receive tasks from KAM/BDM and review them for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure timely task setup and provide clear, comprehensive descriptions for both WEB and Tech Support teams.
Team Coordination & Communication:
Maintain regular, timely communication with WEB and Tech Support teams regarding technical task implementation and ensuring the proper functionality of PSP and related methods.
Coordinate tasks and facilitate the exchange of information between Payments, WEB, and Tech Support teams.
Oversee task progress, monitor statuses in YouTrack, and promptly communicate updates to KAM/BDM.
Relay information and requests from WEB and Tech Support teams to KAM/BDM.
Collaboration with PSP:
Ensure the timely submission of requests and maintain active communication with PSP during both task implementation and testing phases.
Communicate with PSP during testing for WL projects and for projects where direct RTM-PSP communication is approved by management.
Full Cycle Task Oversight:
Participate in the entire workflow from WEB task implementation to live launch
Analyze test results, identify issues, and determine causes of errors.
Create tasks in YouTrack for the WEB team to address any bugs found during testing.
Manage the process of transferring tasks for internal testing and coordinate follow-up actions.
Send timely notifications to relevant chats and responsible Payments employees regarding live launch updates.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Attention to detail and the ability to structure information clearly
Confident communicator who can work across multiple teams
Familiarity with task-tracking systems (e.g., YouTrack, Jira)
Experience in coordinating technical tasks is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Previous iGaming experience or knowledge of PSPs is an advantage
