You will contribute to all areas to foster the best possible people's experience within the multidisciplinary team of developers, artists, and game designers to create games that are played by millions of people all around the world.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Working closely with company management, legal, and financial team to maintain company policy to foster comfortable long-term people experience

• Onboarding and offboarding of contractors including organization of performance reviews and follow-ups

• Helping with sourcing & selection of new contractors

• Promotion of company brand and values internally and externally

• Efficiently organizing deliveries for company and contractors' needs including administrative requests

• Organization of internal events and celebrations

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Upper-Intermediate English

• Effective communication skills

• Bachelor or higher degree in Psychology, Management or a similar field

• Being proactive and supportive

• Important to be in Kyiv
