Product Director

Elephant Games is an international gaming company whose history began in 2003. Over this time, we have released over 100 hidden object games on PC, Mac, and Android. The geography of our team ranges from India to Argentina. Currently, we are actively working on creating our own IPs, experimenting with different genres, mechanics, and monetization models.

We are inviting a Product Director to join our mobile hidden object games team. You will be responsible for creating development strategies for existing products and launching new ones, setting quality standards for our games, improving ecosystem metrics, and expanding our presence in the niche.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Formulate the product strategy for the mobile hidden objects games sector in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Initiate the development of new products and enhance existing ones to achieve the financial goals of the sector.

• Define product requirements based on market trends and competitor analysis to meet specific product and marketing metrics.

• Manage the development direction.

• Plan financial and resource allocation for the sector, controlling budgets, deadlines, and quality.

• Establish coordination and synchronization between development, release, and marketing teams.

• Ensure product quality meets market demands and audience expectations.

• Experience in the gaming industry, specifically in the hidden object genre.

• Experience in roles defining product strategy (Product Director, Producer).
